The purpose of this document is to provide a brief overview of the gender dynamics in the large pelagic fishery in Costa Rica. The aim is to understand the gender equality regulatory framework and gender equality in practice and expand on information related to needs and barriers that could affect the incorporation of a gender perspective in policy and fisheries management

Abstract:
